"I work for a local Insurance Company (Homeowners Claims Department) for over 25 years. In my years experience it is rare to find a Roofing Company that is â honestâ and that is willing to offer a â roof repairâ verses a roof replacement. Due to recent wind storm our roof needed repairs. Three Local Roofing Companies offered roof replacement at high cost. Granada Roofing inspected our roof and advised that they would be able yo repair."

"The project is not done - It is to be done Wednesday (9/2) I really was impressed with Nick and his brother Andrew. They found where my roof was leaking and took pictures to show me. They are going to fix the places that created the leak (the insurance adjuster did not check out everything) Nick's is going to spray my roof after all the leaks are fixed. I really trust this company to do a great job. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and reasonable. I highly recommend Nick's Seal & coating Construction."

"We recently had our roof replace by ROLAND'S ROOFING. I must first complement Daniel Quiroz/Project Manager, for his professionalism, responsiveness and personalized approach to our expectations. We were never rushed and had numerous questions about the choices & features of each product’s, quality, warranty and insurance benefits. The scheduling met our needs and the job was completed correctly in one day. The crew was an actual ”team” in the sense of way they worked together with minimal pauses during the teardown, installation and cleanup. When insurance issues came up, ROLAND'S will coordinate with them to get the appropriate approvals for the required job. ROLAND'S ROOFING backs their work. A recent wind event that occurred after installation had us concerned. We called Daniel and he sent a team member out to assess the roof. He found a few areas on the installation and took care of them within 24 hours. I am so glad we went with a local company that stands behind its work and the products used. They will be our first choice if any future contracting work is needed. As a homeowner familiar with the contracting issues with companies, this is one local company I would highly recommend"

"Eagle Roofing was prompt and followed up as the work was completed. Materials were obtained and shown to us for approval. Since work was done on the roof provided photos of work in progress and finished. Cleaned up the work area very well and hauled off all the damaged items. Will definitely hire Eagle Roofing again."

"There were 3 roofs one with shingles and the other 2 flat roofs. One had 3 layers of roofing material. They handled it. And it looks beautiful"

"Excellent work and done quickly. I am happy with the seal coat and they really worked with me to create a very cost effective solution. Happy with the job done and the time it took to do it. 5 stars will hire again"

"Fantastic experience. It's hard to find a company that does great work, communicates well, cleans up when the job is done and does exactly what they said that they were going to do for the price quoted. Great Built Roofing delivered on all counts. Neely and Gary were both great to work with. They explained what needed to be done and kept me informed at every step. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again without hesitation."

"Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again."

"Excellent job. Delivered the materials when they said. Did NOT have the materials laying in my driveway for months as I saw other companies do. Put the materials on the roof and installed a couple days after. They also made sure the new roof was up to code. Cleaned up the yards, both front and back after installation. Company easy to work with. The new roof is beautiful."
