"After looking at the drain the Tech said I have some bad news and some good news. He said it cost $315.00. I said $315 for a kitchen sink!!!! I told him I have a coupon $89.00. I paid $217. That company is a rip off. Did you know they raise the price. I didn't save anything with that company. Will never use them again."

"Recently, we updated our downstairs half-bath and had planned to have the sink and vanity replaced. After I removed the old sink-vanity, the shut-off valves failed so I called Isley to do the repairs. The plumber, Rik, fixed the valves and also gave me an estimate on installing the new sink-vanity. The work was scheduled for the following week. As before, Rik showed up on time and performed the job exactly the way we wanted. A few days later, we were having new flooring installed which required our clothes washer to be moved. When the installers reconnected the washer, the cut-off valve failed. Again, I called Isley and Rik again performed the repairs. A few days later, the kitchen sink drain became stopped-up. I called Isley and this time Jordan was there promptly, within hours, to clear the drain."

"She was contracted by The Plumbing Company to do this job, and she was great. She got here quickly (it's our only toilet) and got right to work. It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem. She recommended that we check further down the line to get a permanent fix. Since this service call, we have had no further problems, but we hope to have that additional work done soon.

"Great experience! We had a bad backup late last year from our sewer and it was recommended we have it looked at in the spring. Jimmy the owner came out personally and snaked the line and identified two places with issues. Within a couple days they had dug up our sewer line and fixed the problem - getting the grading the way it needed to be - and apparently should have been built originally and the builder neglected to perform the job up to code! They are also set to replace our HVAC soon as it needed to be moved in part of the excavation process and our old one was ready to be replaced anyway. Highly recommend!"

"My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in a timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point, everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop-down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 afoot! At this point, I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980 ($20 an ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of women in a bad situation. It is practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust. UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.
