We sat down and planned the work to be done and established the day to begin and how long it would take.  The price was negotiated to mutual satisfaction, and he came in about the middle of estimates provided by four companies.  He assured us that the moving of heavy equipment and large rocks across our back yard could be done with little damage, and that which occurred could be easily repaired.

 















He did the work personally with one other workman on time and with an eye to appearances.  They were courteous and careful.

"We hired Fair and Square Remodeling to repair the floor in our kitchen. They sent someone out to review our needs and help us figure out the best route to take with the repair. They were on time, laid floor mats down to keep the dirt out, and were accommodating and respectful to our dogs (making sure Boomer and Kip weren't in the way). The floor repair they did saved us from having to redo our whole floor. All in all, what I really enjoyed about working with them was their ability to problem solve as well as help me manage when and when not to repair and how to move into a full remodel.
