"Don't waste your time with this company their communication is horrendous and they do not comply with any of their so called warranties. I highly recommend looking elsewhere because I am shocked as tp how they have such high ratings! I have been trying to get my ac fixed that they installed provided for over a month. Both myself and my realtors have been in contact with them and after a month of emails and phone calls they all of a sudden say they aren't at fault even though at first they said it "worked". Never use them horrible company and standards!!!!"

"Working with Pine Tree Design & Construction, we have been impressed with their level of professionalism, communication, and timeliness. Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. More than anything, Nicole & Oren treated my parents & I like family. They were patient and made sure to work with my parents on pricing and really spent time going over contracts and questions. "I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We signed a contract with Yakov to design an ADU. He raved that his engineer was on his staff as an employee and that she previously worked for LA planning so she understood how to more efficiently complete plans to be done sooner. The mistakes and time in between for her to submit corrections were so long there was no reason for it. When we were given so many excuses I contacted the city myself to get a true timeline and found that the corrections were issued by city and they were very basic items that any engineer should not have even had an issue with and weeks and over 2 months would go by that she did not respond to the corrections. When we reached out to Yakov to get resolution he brushed us off and said we had to handle it with the engineer. He did not always respond to calls. I had to excessively call them both to get the work done. It was nearly two years of stress for the plans to finally be complete and approved with the city. Suffice to say we di"
