"Victor Belman, owner, responded personally to meet us, listen to our "wish list," make suggestions, give ideas, and provide a quote for our pool deck/bbq area, and separate courtyard area on the opposite side of the house.  The project would entail two phases:  1) complete demo and removal of existing walkways, concrete pool decking, and brick barbecue area around the pool, replacing with pavers; and 2) removal of existing concrete pads and gravel areas on the opposite side of the house, and replace with pavers, as well as building a stucco wall, to make a new "courtyard" area.  Victor immediately seemed to understand what we wanted, and provided good ideas and suggestions.  He was able to measure and provide a preliminary quote that same day. (The "B" in pricing reflects a quote considerably higher than the other quotes we received.)  Belman Living has an excellent, beautiful web site with quality pictures.  One of Victor's strong points was his communication, keeping in touch with us, and answering our phone calls and e-mails promptly, and actually came out a second time to discuss additional ideas we had developed.   Although we ultimately chose a different company, we would not hesitate to contact Victor Belman for future projects. <br /> <br />"

The clean up was perfect. Yes, I would have them back. I was quoted a price and at the end was told to take money off because not that much cement was needed. There was many things that had to be prepared for it to be done, like getting an approval from the city, but Mark, the contractor took care of everything with the highest commitment.
