"Frontline roofing was not professional, did a rush job and didn't complete the job to my satisfaction. After the job I see tiles were not placed correctly and there is lot of gaps in between the tiles. The job was to fix the leak, replace the underlayment and wood underneath. They didn't change the rafters and it still look rotten. It is like new wood sitting on top of weak foundation. They were supposed to pain it atleast to look good which was also not done to the satisfaction. After the job was completed, i can still see lot of gaps in tiles, nails poking through shilplab boards, chipped rafters because of improper nailing and an obvious unprofessionally completed look of the roof. I wouldn't recommend engaging Frontline Roofing to other customers of Home Advisor or any homeowner."

"This job was not needed as the roof vent was found to have come from the next-door neighbor's roof. However, I had Gordon to inspect my roof due to the recent winds that had come through the area. He found 3 tiles that had slid out of place. They were not damaged, so he set them back in place. I have no issues with the work he did. I am completely satisfied. The only reason why I gave the business 5 stars because Gordon was late and had forgotten the appointment. I had other business to attend to, so I called him to see what had happened. He apologized and explained the situation involving an ill family member that needed attention, which is understandable. I was on a tight schedule, but Gordon got right on it and arrived in time for me to get on with my day. I'm sure this was a rare circumstance. I would have given the business 5 stars, except, I would suggest Gordon set up an appointment reminder using his mobile device, so he never forgets his appointments. "

"This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "Start to finish the entire roof replacement was about 2 days, which is impressive with how great it looks. Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have. The temperature difference inside my home has been noticeably different. overall, I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future for any issues we may have and I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family."

He gave our roof a â tuneup â thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and why. The repair wasnâ t urgent (it never rains in SoCal ) but he did the repair within 2 days of hiring him. His price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend. There is a 5 year warranty on work done."
