Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred. That said, Erik, Sr came out and took care of the issue. I've had no other problems. Would I recommend the company? I would, and I'd use them again if I needed any further roofing work."

"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."
