"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. "I hired Northeast Ohio Renovations to vinyl side my house in the summer of 2016. Their price was fair and the quality of the work was good. Only problems I had with them was they dropped off the materials for the job around 2 or 3 weeks before they started to work. So all those large boxes were in the way until they started the job. After they finished the job they took about 2 to 3 weeks to pick up the material they left at my house. So that material was in the way for some time also. This September, 2018, some of the siding was damaged when a large tree branch came down on all the wires going into my house and pulled the wires away from the house. A picture of the damage is attached. I called Northeast to see if they would come and repair the damage. Bob finally got back to me 2 weeks later after I left numerous phone messages. A few week after that he came and looked at the damage. He said he could repair it and would get back to me when he could do it. After not hearing from him for 6 weeks I called him a few times and left messages for him to get back to me with a date to do the work. I never heard back from him. One of the questions I asked the companies I interviewed for the siding job was "Will you be available in the future to do repairs if they are needed?". He answered they were available and did repair work on their jobs. Unfortunately for me this turns out not to be true. In summary, Northeast Ohio Renovations did good work at a fair price but does not provide after the job support."

"Our plush pink wall to wall carpets hadn't been cleaned for years. There were many extra dirty spots, and areas where dog had urinated. The 2 gentlemen took their time, pret-reating all, and methodically cleaned all, while moving furniture away and back.
Polite and professional. A family owned business for many years- it showed!

"John Valentino, the business owner, and his crew were all hard workers to complete my job so quickly and efficiently when I called. The mess was also cleaned up after. John went above and beyond to help me with my insurance company because of their denial to claim this on my home owners insurance. ( I made the mistake of being pro-active and having a different roofer nail down wind damaged shingles to avoid water leakage). He was more than fair with his price, almost half as much as one company that gave me an estimate, and a couple thousand dollars less than another estimate I had. I really can't say enough about how honest and reliable this company is."
