"I called in early October requesting service in Mid to late October. They never came so I called again late October and they said it wasn’t snowing yet and they would be out. They never showed so at the end of October beginning of November my wife called and they said they would be out but wouldn’t give a date or time. Here it is November 20th and I just took the Canvas down myself. The Awning is good quality but their service is horrible."

We provide free consultations and estimates to all of Northern Ohio (appointments available Monday-Saturday mornings, afternoons and evenings). We are located in Berea at our factory and have a showroom featuring three full sunrooms, a collection of replacement windows and samples of all of our other products including bathrooms, siding, gutter protection, roofing, kitchen cabinet updating and more! **If you do stop by, please ask about taking a tour of our factory during your visit.
"With only 999 characters? Here it goes; 1. Measured 2 times and still got 1 window 10" too small. 2 seperate guys, 2 different days. project team did not question different measurements when putting in production to make windows. No QA/QC process. 2. The detailed install process did NOT occur. NO tarps/cloth/plastic. Dust & dirt everywhere. Cleanup was laughable with a tiny hose vacuum. 3. Windows are NOT sealed across the bottom. Despite detailed install described, install did not seal bottom of window to frame/sill. NO insulation between window and frame/sill. wind blowing in under window! 4. communicated issues to salesman. Second install day, same install crew, took NO responsibility for bugs getting into house and admitted not sealing windows as this was their SOP. 5. Waiting on 3rd install day to resolve factory deformity in window frame. 6. No customer service, no resolution. Not worth the hassle."

"This was by far the worst remodeling experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. I had multiple different contractors in my home, and in the process, they severely damaged my hardwood floors. What was supposed to be a one-week project dragged on for an outrageous six months! To make matters worse, we were forced to spend a week in a terrible hotel while they attempted to fix the floors they ruined. Class1 Pavers & Remodelers did pay for the hotel and half of our food, but that doesn’t excuse their incompetence. Their lack of communication was unbelievable. Our home was completely unfurnished during Christmas week, leaving our out-of-state relatives with no choice but to book hotel rooms instead of staying with us as planned. When I confronted the company about their incompetence, a manager had the audacity to tell me that they were “bending over backwards” for me—simply for fixing what they damaged! That level of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. My wife and I finally reached a breaking point and decided to cut our losses, refusing to let them continue working in our home. Every single aspect of this remodel was done incorrectly. To top it all off, they even tried to silence me by making me sign an NDA, preventing me from sharing my experience. Fortunately, I have proof of everything. If you’re considering using Class1 Pavers & Remodelers, don’t do it. If you ignore this warning, make sure to record every conversation, take pictures, and document everything—because you will need it. Stay far away from this company."

"We met James and his team 2019. We saw his truck in our neighborhood, and decided to call. He is pleasant, responsive, polite and most importantly, well educated in all things handy. Though he has helped us with several smaller projects, this most recent one stymied many other repair folk. His approach was careful, thoughtful and cost conscious. Before simply tearing out our failing deck floor and support, took his time, studied the situation and always kept us updated as to his thought process. In the end, he repaired a great many failings in our deck structure, then reinstalled our gently used vinyl flooring. Work and clean up completed within days of estimated time. We will call James again for our home repair needs!"
