The crew (very polite) began work when the weather permitted and was completed in a reasonable 2 days. The work they did was an improvement over and above the way it was originally built taking special care to make sure that the repairs would last (new flashing around the chimney to redirect rain runoff and repair of the chimney cap). The siding, trim and paint matched the rest of the house even though you would expect the paint not to match due to fading. Mr. Murphree came and inspected the job after it was complete and showed me everything his crew fixed and replaced. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that.
