Get matched with top roof cleaners in Alafaya, FL

"I had thee quotes for roof cleaning. As the quote from Moonlight was less than half the highest I was a little sceptical, thinking that maybe he wasnâ t an experienced roof cleaner, didnâ t have the correct equipment etc. But, to my surprise, he turned up ten minutes early, had a large trailer with tanks for water and chemicals, pumps, mixing valves etc and thoroughly cleaned the roof in about two hours. He also rinsed the roof and the surrounding lawn, shrubs etc. The roof is perfect, in fact its the best looking its been since it was new. Highly recommended."

"We had Swash cleaned our whole office building from parking lot to roof. They arrived on time and completed the job whatever time needed. Definitely will hire them for our next cleaning project."

"The company was very responsive. They provided a competitive quote and quickly scheduled the cleaning. On the day the work was scheduled, the weather was not cooperative. Instead of just calling to reschedule, the fellow came by and we discussed the work in detail. We made a new schedule and the following week he did the work. The roof looks like new! Not only did he clean the roof, but he did the soffit and facia at the same time. He also did some of the walls of the house. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them."

"They arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. Cleaned the roof with soft wash method, including the chimney! It looks better than when we moved here! Not only did they complete the job, wash down the house and plants, but they even blew off the driveway and sidewalks that had leave and oak bloom on them, which was not even part of the job! I would highly recommend them!"

"Brian was good to explain to me the soft wash process. He showed me the chemicals and his partner made sure the plants and house were thoroughly washed down. My roof is super clean and no plant damage at all. Took about 3 and half hours. His prices are great. You need to hire this company."

"Josh and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. I was kept informed during the job. They took steps to protect my property. They cleaned up when they were done. The roof looks like new. I would highly recommend using them. I will be calling them back in 3yrs. Their price was competitive and a good value. Thanks, James Mitchell Jr."

"Amazing job. Arrived on time, easy to communicate with. Thorough cleaning of both the driveway and the entire home. Detail-oriented."

"Great job cleaning the roof....it looks like new."

"Did an awesome job renewing, cleaning, sanding and sealing our pool deck."

"Soaked and Co was very professional and did a fabulous job. We had some sticky spots on the window from a house being built next door and they were able to remove all of it. I would definitely hire them again."
