"Joe is the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber going! I had the good fortune of finding him on Angie's list.!! He actually popped up as the very 1st plumber when I searched for a plumber. I had called and reached out to numerous plumbers that my neighbors recommended. and I then reached out to Joe. I explained my issue with a kitchen sink faucet leaking water and Joe was SMART enough to ask me to send him pictures of the kitchen sink and also the back wall of the bathroom, which I did. They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "Installer Eric showed up on time.  Took the time to explain how the system worked and what we could expect.  Consulted with us on the placement of the system and manner of installation. Completed installation in about two hours.  Provided a complete explanation of the systems controls and warranty,  when to add salt, when to flush out salt tank, what to do after a power outage and when system service would be needed again.  Eric did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results.  Water no longer smells and the water from the tap tastes fine.
