"Juan and his team were life savers. We had a bathtub overflow and take out almost the entire master bathroom, the downstairs bathroom, wood floors in a hallway, three closets downstairs and all the drywall surrounding the damage. I found Juan on this site and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness. At first I thought he would only do drywall and paint but had him bid out the tile and floors as well. Since his prices were competitive with what the insurance offered we hired his team to do the whole job. In short, they were responsive, showed up to the job when they said they would, were respectful of our home and most of all, did quality work. If there was an issue (ie the medicine cabinet was installed off-center or one sub was doing subpar work) Juan's response was always: "no problem, we will fix it.". Juan and his team have earned our trust and respect. I've worked with contractors before and know how hard it is to find a good one. Juan and his team are the real deal and can recommend him without hesitation."

"We had Guillermo come in on pretty short notice to patch a hole in our first floor ceiling caused by a water leak from our second floor. The ceiling was drywall screwed into the original lath and plaster above, and was a nasty mess after the water had soaked it. Guillermo did a fantastic job cutting away all the damaged drywall, installing a fresh panel, and smoothing everything over so well you couldn’t even tell there was damage. He also pulled out an attached shelf in a different room and patched that for painting, and touched up a few other spots so the paint job would be as good as it can be. He did fantastic work, was quick, kept everything clean, and was very reasonable. He also recommended a fantastic painter (Scott at Mastercraft Interiors). I would absolutely recommend Guillermo."

"We removed two 6 inch recessed light "can" fixtures over our dining room table, and Mr Rose repaired the ceiling. There is absolutely no sign that any repairs or work were done. Also, one of the walls had a seam showing where a poor drywall job was done during an earlier remodel. Mr Rose refinished the seam and it now looks perfect. <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend Mr Rose for any type of drywall work, and if I need more work done in the future he will be the first person I call."
