"I was told by the installer who called the office that he was going to take pictures to show the building inspector. Sacramento Building Inspector does not accept pictures, so I have to travel 100 miles round trip to be there so the trim can be ripped off, inspected, put back on, caulked again and inspected again. This is not acceptable to me. Further, I asked a staff member to find out if the Inspector would accept the pictures before having to make two 100 mile trips and he did not get back to me with the information."

He was courteous, and he was willing to do the installation, despite that this was during a busy period. He was on time, and he worked around my schedule. Nathan and his crew do excellent work. He left the counter, and my floor clean. Nathan had to do some adjustments, and he only charged me for the materials. His fee is fair. I will definitely hire him again for other jobs.
