"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. Our refrigerator flooded our kitchen - exposing a small, long-term leak that had slowly destroyed our cabinets, drywall, and floors without for years our knowledge. I did a quick search and found FWDR because of all of their amazing Yelp reviews. One call to FWDR turned a stressful situation into a manageable project with knowledgeable support all along the way. Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!"
