Andrew and Mike came up with creative solutions to make both projects work in spite of uneven ground, rocks in the clay, and a sloping property line. The concrete pad next to the deck is a beautiful home for our new hot tub - and they installed a French drain too! The horizontal plank fence surrounding our property is absolutely gorgeous and expertly constructed. 100 degree weather understandably added some time to the fence project but they worked hard when they could and the results are beautiful. Bids were very detailed, contracts signed electronically, great communication before and during projects, creative modifications and solutions, and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. "Juan Farias was great to work with. He showed up on time to look at the project and gave me an estimate the next day. The project was a remodel with 3000 square feet of new sheet rock to be installed and many areas that had to be patched and re-textured. I was in a time crunch so Juan fit me between jobs and started the project two days later. The job was scheduled to take 7 days and was completed on time. His employees were all very friendly and proficient at their jobs. I will hire Farias Construction for future projects."
