Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! "We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. "The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly."

"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. Importantly along with a great service the Titanium Roof Innovations company provided a very competitive price for their work and the work has been completed on"
