"After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. We've owned several homes and had lots of painting done for us. Paul of Protect and Preserve is by far the best we've ever used! A written proposal was prepared before the work began; we signed off on the contract when the work was completed. "Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Thomas and John did a wonderful job cleaning our 70 year old slate foyer. It was dirty, dull and stained. The grout was filthy. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and several hours later we could barely believe our eyes! The foyer was gorgeous and restored to its original beauty. They also repaired a broken piece of marble on the hearth of our fireplace. (They are coming back to remove some acidic stains on that, as well.) They left everything neat & tidy after the job was complete. Thomas and John were true professionals....friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about slate/stone/marble. They explained the process, so there were no surprises. Cost of work was very fair. One more thing, and I think it's an important one - Thomas and John didn't smell like some service people that have been in our home -- no cigarette, marijuana or alcohol odors and not once did we hear any profanity. It was so refreshing. We will be using them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!"

"It was great.  I purchased a "big deal" from Angie's List.  They contacted me by phone and email to set up a time.  I had to cancel my first appointment, and they were able to reschedule  me  quickly.  When they arrived, Tim introduced himself and gave me a card.  His team worked efficiently to sweep the chimney.  They even took extra care by placing dropcloths on the floor from the front door to the Chimney!  When they were done, they cleaned everything up, and you wouldn't have even know that they there.

"Things went great! Jason's price was very fair and he provided great service. His team was punctual every day and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They not only painted, they spackled walls where previous nails were and even changed lightbulbs for us in the 2 story foyer.  Each day, was a full 8+ hours of painting and many evenings, they worked through the night to ensure we could be in the home by Christmas. The paint used was top quality and they were very cautious around the home, ensuring no spills or messes were made. Jason would communicate if he had any questions (kids rooms had a specific vertical line design) and would also text/call if we missed him that day, to ensure we were pleased the days work.  We anticipate using him in the future, so we had him to take measurements of the basement to complete some drywall repair and painting down there. "The provider did an amazing job finishing the interior trim work in the house.  They completed all of the caulking/sanding/painting for the doors, base trim, chair rails, and crown molding.  They paid great attention to detail and were able to complete a significant amount of work in 3 days.  I am a DIY'er and it would have taken me weeks to complete the work.  The quality of work is outstanding.
I will be hiring them again in the summer to paint the outside of the house."
