"We paid for an analysis. When the techs arrived, we were told that our basement POSSIBLY had asbestos tiling, and therefore they were unable to use the power analysis machine, or whatever it's called. They sealed a few windows, but doors still have drafts. The price we paid, in advance, was supposed to include that machine..so we feel a bit cheated since nothing was mentioned about that machine not being used."

"The team that executed the project was punctual and knowledgeable and they mostly stick to what the sales guy has promised. However, there was one last-minute change: they claimed it would take too long to remove the siding and apply the dense-pack insulation on second floor walls from the outside, making it impossible to finish the project in just one day.
