"I needed some work done in the kitchen of a rent house. Kitchen counter and cabinets replaced,, new sink, dishwasher, disposal, overhead light and microwave, plus some rotted wood under the sink replaced and a couple of other miscellaneous things. Felix interacted with the tenant(s), bought the materials, took them to the site and installed everything. And he did it quickly... and when the tenant was having a problem with the dishwasher a few days later he went back out immediately and took care of it. Good work, job well done!"
