I think it was Tyler that answered the phone and he was very friendly and polite and said he would try their best to get someone out here even though they were busy. They somehow got someone to come out here and my garage door was fixed within a couple of hours of talking with them! "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
