They installed panels on the roof, replaced the service panel, set the battery bank, and mounted the controller?but left everything unconnected and unusable. Since then, it has been nothing but excuses and broken promises. They claimed a ?backordered motherboard,? then promised to return at the beginning of 2026?no show. Then March 2nd?again, no show. Now they won?t even answer calls. My parents are senior citizens who trusted this company, and now they?re left with a partially installed system that does absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. If this is how PMG Solar / PMG Home treats customers, especially elderly homeowners, people need to know.
