"Felipe and his crew did a relatively large project for me to repair a 120 sq ft cottage that sits at the top of the hill in my backyard. Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"very high quality paint job since it was all done with brushes, not sprayed. High price but final job worth it. I would warn other customers that the cleanup daily was less than I have experienced with other contractors, no matter how much I complained. My doors were left unlocked twice when I got home. I would recommend a portable potty to help prevent the indoor issues that came up. I gave Tom a daily list of little areas that needed attention with photos of what I wanted. I was surprised that he had not noted them. This paint job was much better than the last one that I had. The previous contractor was much neater, but the job was not as good. This was the highest bid of the four for good reason."
