I would warn other customers that the cleanup daily was less than I have experienced with other contractors, no matter how much I complained. My doors were left unlocked twice when I got home. I would recommend a portable potty to help prevent the indoor issues that came up. I gave Tom a daily list of little areas that needed attention with photos of what I wanted. I was surprised that he had not noted them. This paint job was much better than the last one that I had. The previous contractor was much neater, but the job was not as good. This was the highest bid of the four for good reason."
