"Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous.  Julio has a general contractor license and has a wide range of experience and knowledge in home repairs.  When I learned this, i went beyond asking for simple handyman tasks to asking him to do a significant remodel job - the closet extension.  He had to tear down the existing wall, rebuild it, add drywall, replace crown moldings and baseboards, add recessed lighting, paint the walls, install a pocket door, repair the carpets. It looked complicated to me and he did a fantastic job!   Furthermore, it was done with permits, so there was a city inspector checking on his work.  

He was on time and cleaned-up each day.  He finished earlier than estimated and the cost was in keeping with the original bid, plus changes that i asked for along the way. "
