"The wrong shower tile was installed, the exhaust fan/light was not installed and not left at the job site, grab bar was not installed as requested, work site was left a mess. When concerns were voiced to the owner he stated "That's how we always do it" and that my disappointment was a list of "petty stuff". He advised that his customers were always satisfied and I had yelled and cursed at him which was not the way he does business. I may have yelled, but I was not a satisfied customer and wanted at least some sort of apology or indication that he had some responsibility in not doing the job as expected. That did not happen. Two and a half weeks later, I made a second call. He did offer to "fix" two of my issues (threshold not level with hall floor and install fan/light so that the light would work with the old fan - I had expected to have the new fan and light installed). I declined his offer as I have no faith that his fix will be any better than the work already done. I live out of state and would not be on site to see what was done. Additionally, there is no way for him to "fix" the wrong tile, the fan/light I provided and paid for is gone, as is the leftover paint that I paid for and I have already cleaned/scrubbed walls, floor, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixture which all had grout or paint left on them. These were brand new items which where not included in his cost to remodel the bathroom. I can be reached at (828)628-0781 should you want details. Leave a message and I'll return your call. I can text you pictures if you wish. I could not attach to this file."

"After a storm left my fence blown down and my pool exposed, I hired Brooks Sanderson of Southest Construction Service Group to repair it. He totally understood my urgency with the liability of an unsecured pool and jumped right on the job. Start to finish they removed my old fence, hauled off the debris, and replaced it with a new fence in 3 days. There were prompt, competitively priced, provided quality workmanship complimentary to type of home and yard, and exceeded all my expectations. I was away at work over 250 miles away and Brooks did all this for me via txt, emails, and pictures over my phone. I knew exactly what was happening at my home the entire time. What a relief to know that someone had my best interest in mind when I couldn't be there. Thanks again Southeast Construction Group!"

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence repair projects in Albany, GA

Repairing or replacing a part of your fence is almost always less expensive than replacing it altogether. If your fence is in major disrepair or requires more than 20% to 30% replacement, it may be a better investment to replace your entire fence. Contact at least three fence repair specialists near you to get quotes for both a repair and replacement project.

All vinyl fences are made of PVC, a type of vinyl that stands for polyvinyl chloride. But not all PVC is the same. PVC resin is combined with other ingredients, giving it strength and weather-resistance. High-quality PVC vinyl fences include additives that provide more durability—and therefore cost more. Check out various types of vinyl fences and their features before deciding on your material.

You can repair small cracks or holes in your vinyl fence easily using a vinyl repair kit. If the crack is especially large or seems to be impacting the fence's integrity, you may need to replace the whole rail or post. However, you should hire a local fence installer for major repairs.

With proper maintenance and care, a vinyl fence can last up to 30 years. To ensure the longest life possible for your vinyl fence, ensure that it is installed properly and take care to check it regularly for any areas that may need minor maintenance or repair.
