"I was really happy with them and I like the way they work. I have used them a couple of times. I decided to use this company because of word of mouth. They also removed a smaller tree from my property through my insurance company. They had all of the equipment they needed and did not have to borrow anything. They were on time, worked diligently and finished the job on time. They cleaned up real nice and I would say their pricing is good."

"Terry worked with us every step of the way. Even though we went off the reservation with our material Terry got us exactly what we wanted. The crew that came out and did the tile work was awesome!! They were very professional and really pleasant to be around. The quality of work was second to none. We had an small issue with our coping about 2 months after completion Terry’s crew was out here within hours to correct. Each crew that came out for our remodel was very professional. Thank you Aqua Pool Renovations for an excellent experience even at the times we may have been difficult."

"Overall it went well. We had a few bumps but David was always available to be sure we were happy. It took about 3 weeks longer to complete the project than what was originally quoted. We had some problems with workers not showing up as promised. But there were others that were very reliable. We were very appreciative of Dan, when the original granite company we had ordered from was unable to do the job, he knew someone in that work that we could contact. Exquisite was so nice and came to our aid getting the job done so there was no further delay. Our kitchen is beautiful and is all that we envisioned. In addition, they were priced within our budget. <br />"

"Troy was recommended to me by a person from Nextdoor. I could not have been more pleased with the work Troy did. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, punctual and performed the job as he said he would. It was hard for me to imagine how my patio would look once he removed several garden areas, poured concrete in a few spots and added french drains but it looks great. I highly recommend him."

"We contracted them through Home Depot. My issues are with the interactions I have with Lawn Master, not Home Depot. Lawn Master is a small company out of Waxahatchie, TX. They send builders out to many cities in TX, including Austin. I will list the miscommunications in order of occurrence.  <br /> 1.) I applied for a Project Loan at Home Depot and needed Lawn Master to send a copy of my contract to them so I could get a line of credit. Lawn Master said they faxed them, so I arrived at the Home Depot I requested the fax be sent to. Home Depot never got the fax. 2 hours later, after phoning Lawn Master and finding out they were faxed to a different location, they managed to fax it to the right place and I was issued my line of credit.  <br /> 2.) The contractor arrived at my home to do my estimate and work up drawings. He told me the drawings would be emailed to me by that Friday. I emailed the contactor, he apologized, stated he was 3 days behind and would have them to me by the following Wednesday. <br /> 3.) I received the drawings and began emailing the office manager Cecelia to try and schedule a time for installation. I attempted to call the office to schedule by phone as I work nights and have a weird schedule. I could never get her on the phone and instead of calling me back she kept sending me emails that said, "We will be at your house on this day, at this time." I would email back and say that's not good for me, please call me. Then another email, "We will be at your house on another day, and another time." At this point I'm very frustrated and happened to catch her by phone at 7am one morning. She apologized and scheduled a date 3 weeks out.  <br /> 4.) I paid for a Pergola and blinds and was told they would both be installed at the same time. The builders arrived on time and completed the Pergola, then started packing up. I said," Aren't you going to install the blinds?" "What blinds? They didn't give us any blinds." I called the office, got Cecelia and she said, "Oh yeah, your blinds didn't come in on time. We will have to schedule that installation separately." I told her if I had known this, I would have waited for the blinds to come in and done the whole thing at once! Now I had to spend another day sitting around, waiting for builders.  <br /> 5.) So then I wait for an email, and it arrives. "Your blinds have arrived! They will be installed at this day, at this time." So now I begin the frustrating process of trying to arrange a time that works for me via email, phone, ect.  <br /> 6.) The day of blind installation arrives and I'm told the builder will arrive between noon and 4pm. By 4:30 no one has arrived. I call Cecelia and she tells me the builder's car broke down earlier that day and he wouldn't make it. I was livid! I asked her why had no one called me earlier to tell me this? Why am I again, having to call you to find out what is going on? Now I've wasted another day! She had no good explanation.  <br /> 7.) Finally I was made a priority and he was out within the next couple of days and quickly installed the blinds. I was so glad to finally be done with this ridiculous, unorganized company. My whole experience with Lawn Master was one huge frustrating, pull your hair out, cluster f%&#. Never again."

"The reason is was so expensive, was when my house was built, they didn't install those things to code, so in order to fix the mess they had to do all the base work, in order to install the water heater the way it was suppose to be installed. That alone was half the cost and they had to have a roofer come out and install a vent in my room which should of been done initially, so that made the cost go way up. But if I just had the water heater installed it would of been as cheap as everybody else, so I would say they were reasonable. I use all the time, I use them for other things too, been using them for the last five years."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Albany, LA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
