"Brian is very professional and courteous and is able to do multiple types of work. He moved a pantry cabinet that I was unable to budge which involved cutting the vinyl plank floor and removing and reinstalling the molding. It was only an hour and a half job but Iâ m extremely pleased as Iâ ll now be able to fit a new larger refrigerator in the space between the cabinet and countertop. I highly recommend Brian."

"I high recommend Etmond Komic! We originally hired him to repair our pool house wall and replace an attached, deteriorated shed. After removing the old structure, it became clear the wall had extensive, severe water damage and needed a complete rebuild. From start to finish, Etmond stood out: Detailed Proposal & Very Fair Pricing: While three other local companies gave vague, general quotes, Etmond provided a clear, thorough breakdown and a significantly better price. Thanks to his low overhead, his estimates were incredibly competitive without sacrificing quality. Innovative. Etmond suggested a fantastic new design for the attached shed that maximized head room and increased storage space while actually lowering the overall cost. The project presented several unforeseen issues—including an uneven asphalt base that required custom framing adjustments—and Etmond handled every single one with clever solutions. He is also proficient in electrical and plumbing. I highly recommend him!"

"I have hired Waseem for a few projects - among them was the installation of a new microwave over our oven and another to fix a leaking sink. Both were urgent (around holidays) and he came over quickly, he was knowledgeable, fair priced and did excellent work. I have recommended him to others. I hope to hire him in the future, as well."
