"I don't often write reviews, but, I figured this was well worth it. After the 70 MPH gusts a few weeks back, I had lost some shingles. I called five different roofing companies, and no one but David from Pinnacle got back to me. David came out when he said he would, and was the only roofer that came and went up on the roof. He took a ton of pictures, uploaded them, and sent me a detailed estimate and explained every picture and the estimate to me so I could fully understand what was happening. My roof was older, and I knew it needed to be replaced, David confirmed that. He answered every single question professionally, and was lightning fast on his responses. He even helped compare some of my other quotes (I got 4 in total) and just really seemed to want what was best for my home. He didn't talk down about any other company. I will say this, for the 4 quotes I got, Pinnacle was not the most expensive. It was the second cheapest, and they were barely more than what the lowest quote was. Combine that with the incredible customer service, it made spending the small extra seem well worth it. The crew came out when they said they would. They were done within the day, and the entire job was cleaned up and finished by 5:30. The foreman, John, was great to talk to. He explained everything in detail that had to be done, what the scope was once they got the shingles off, and he didn't surprise me with anything out of the ordinary or extra charges. The clean up was fast, and well done, and on top of that, while they were up on the roof they fixed a few pieces of siding that had been knocked loose by the wind. I really can't complain about anything. I'm definitely a pain homeowner, and am very VERY particular. Pinnacle made me feel at ease, and they did a nice job. I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know without question. I see now why they are one of the biggest roofers around the area and why I see their signage on most of the new commercial properties popping up all over Schenectady county."

Another company said they couldn't replace my bow window with a bay window...they said there wasn't enough room to do it. Don was able to do it because of his knowledge and expertise. His crew arrived on time every morning, were professional and worked very hard the entire time they were on site - they were never sitting around. "The job, which included 5 new skylights and a large shed, was started and completed on June 24, 2019 I first learned of NGR from two neighbors. One is a principal of a construction company, and the other is a nearby homeowner who just had his roof replaced by NGR. Both gave NGR the highest marks. Their sales representative, George, came to our home and was both informative and patient while we made our decisions. He prepared all the paperwork and registered all the warrantee information on our behalf. Shortly thereafter, the owner, Chad joined George for a site inspection and coordinated everything precisely, like a military exercise. The day of the installation went without a hitch; including a very thorough cleanup. The next day, aside from our beautiful new roof, you could not tell that they were ever here. "I was really pleased that after he installed the exhaust fan we had a very severe storm and rain came in onto the stove.  The vent bought for the roof needed to be replaced and he came very quickly to do that work the next day, which was on a Sunday.  He was very polite,  responsive and knew what he was doing.  I would say he was great and have recommended his services to others."
