"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would recommend NML to anyone who needs work done - either a small roof project or a large one like mine."

"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. "Stephen Bodo and associate arrived on time. I described what my problem was with the gutters and they proceeded to inspect and explained why I was having issues with drainage. I had them remove obsolete gutter guards and clean gutters. They described to me what would be required to update the existing gutters and quoted a price. "We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

I made one call to Eddie and he was there next week and reinstalled screens. He also made sure that the new installation was done correctly to insure it would not void the roofing warranty.
