He is a great communicator, makes sure he understands what you want, and does what he says he will do, while being flexible in handling daily variations that inevitably occur. He is an excellent builder, but he also took on some small handyman jobs cheerfully. Every person on Harry's staff was professional and friendly.  <br /> For the big project, I was getting some new well and water equipment installed and needed a new pump house, starting with a new concrete pad. Harry worked directly with the well company and his subcontractors to ensure that the pad was laid and the pump house was built at the appropriate points during each stage of well equipment installation.  This was all orchestrated so that I would have minimal disruption of water service and minimal worries of freezing during that time. He also designed a removable skylight directly above the well pump so that the pump could easily be removed and serviced by the well company in future. My project contact at the well company told me how much he enjoyed working with Harry, and he was very impressed by the quality of construction. <br /> It was a complicated project, but I didn't have to worry about it at all. Harry let me know at every step of the way what was happening. And the result? The new pump house is cute as a button, a handsome addition to the property, and totally functional.  <br />"
