"I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! "The guy was nice enough. I called them and they were fine, I don't have anything bad to say about it. I was hoping they would fix the problem because the water thing goes in the house, but that thing is blocked and water won't drain from there. They said you have to find a person that repairs the gutter or a plumber. I never compared the price with anybody. On the quality, only time can tell. They were supposed to give me a heads up, but the guy did not give me a heads up. The guy was nice enough, I would say he was good. The guy was prompt, he did the stuff but he couldn't help us with the things we have problems with because when they cleaned the gutters, it's supposed to drain into the ground, but that thing is blocked."

"Jack Weber,the estimator came out March 10 to review the project. The shingle replacement was obvious,however the leak we were experiencing from our chimney was harder to analyze do to the steep pitch and placement of the chimney in the center of the roof. Jack was knowledgeable and gave us two options in relation to what the service technician would find on closer inspection. If the flashing was found to be defective it would need to be replaced or just caulking might solve the problem.We were agreeable to whatever the service tech would recommend.We signed the contract and were told we would receive a call in 7 to 10 days to schedule an appointment.To our surprise, we received a call 5 days later at 7:20 am from the service tech telling us he would be over in 1 hr to do the job.Although I was surprised by the call which was not scheduled,I agreed to have the work done even though I had an appointment scheduled for that morning which required leaving home. Normally,this last minute scheduling would not be a problem but do to my previously scheduled appointment I had to push the time back so I could be home for the repair.At 9:30am the technician had not arrived and I called the Nombach office and was told the tech would be at my home in 10 minutes,which was accurate.However do the late arrival I had to cancel my other appointment. I was surprised to see one person assigned to this job do to the steepness of the roof and placement of the chimney. Chris J the tech was obviously highly experienced and confident that only one person was required for the job.The shingles were quickly replaced and the chimney flashing was assessed and found to be in good condition requiring only caulking. The honesty of Chris in not replacing the flashing ,which would have doubled the price of the repair, was appreciated.Although we have not had an extremely heavy rain,the caulk repair appears to have solved the leak.Do to their honesty and performance on this fairly small job,I would consider
using Nombach for additional projects in the future."
