"Shane had his employee Chris do the kitchen backsplash and he did an absolutely excellent job. He installed lighting for it and he did a perfect, very professional job. Highly recommended. The second job they came for was remodeling a second master bath. Shane was great at communication and he sent two guys to start with and a painter at the end. One of the guys was wonderful and did excellent work. One just wanted to get it done fast and the quality showed. They did confess that they felt pressured to end early because they had to go back to another customers to complete work. So, the tile work in the shower was done quickly. You can tell. Tiles are at different depths, so some are sticking out from the wall more than others. Also, crown molding was not joined at one spot and never fixed. Faucet was not installed properly and the tile installed on floor is uneven height in two places. I think they can do excellent work but you need to wait to pay them until everything is done in the end. I've emailed Shane and he never responded about fixing the things listed above. I had already paid him."
