She toured our house to get an idea of existing style and listened to our ideas.  Alicia had great suggestions for placement of pieces like the bookcase, what form the entertainment center would take, addition of a dry bar and how to cover an exposed ceiling beam to match.  She took measurements and had a proposal to us within a week.  A two hour visit to their shop helped us choose final design options, door styles, wood and stain options, and all the final details.  Seeing options in their show room really helped us narrow down choices quickly. <br /> After a few tweaks here and there, she had a final proposal to us and then coordinated build schedule and delivery with our remodeler.  The cabinets were completed and delivered on time. <br /> We are ecstatic with the look that these custom cabinets bring to our newly remodeled basement. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"this tree service had a guy leaving their flyer at each door in the neighborhood. I usually don't do business this way. Chad offered an estimate on some trimming. Called him 1/2 hour later-came right over to finalize. It was end of day, so they came back promptly the next morning. Had about a 4 man team, and worked from 9am-3pm. Very courteous,professional,hard working, pleasant. They even put up with a ground nest of bees --brought out a sheet of plywood over it do they wouldn't get stung.Jesse Vosen the manager checked back throughout the work period. Knows his stuff. They are based out of Eden Valley, MN and come through our town for short periods of time in the summer. Their work was excellent , the price was reasonable compared to other estimates and work we have hired before, and they raked up the area they worked in, and cleaned up the mess on the road-left it clean.. What I appreciated most is they didn't give an inflated high estimate as some trimmers have in the past, who play games and go back and forth before you get to an agreed upon price. I would hire them again without question."

"Well, the initial day of cleaning; no one came. I finally found an email posted at 4:00, to say that the cleaner had to cancel. They couldn't find another. I was disappointed that they didn't call. Then they sceduled me for the next day, under the condition that I was to email if the next day was bad. I emailed to change to Thurs. The cleaner showed up anyway. I wasn't ready, as I was having guests. It worked out anyway, but the sceduling situation was bad. Also, I haven't heard back, as far as a future cleaning??The 1st time I got a $50.00 discount."
