"Had them do a bathroom remodel. Everyone was professional. BUT in the end I did not get what I wanted. Things were left unfinished or not plumb. Tried calling twice to have them do a follow-up. Did not return my voice mails. Will not be using them again for my other projects"

"The owner's name is Mr. Dan black. The last time I used them was to repair my furnace, I think one of the breakers was up, but I'm not sure it could have been one of the heating elements too. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their promptness and their quality of service are very good. They come as soon as they can and they do very good work. For an example, when our water heater came out, I called the office and by 4:00 the old one was out and the new one was up and running. They are a sub-contractor on our remodel, we tore the whole room apart and it was an entire remolded of a bathroom. They also at that time had to install heat system and the plumber guys did it. They had to totally rework and revamp our existing heat system to handle the new zones. It was very extensive. The house was built in 1980 and the remodel was done in 2001, so they had to rework on all the parts. It was a fantastic job that they did. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future. They provide just wonderful service. Because we are in the rural area, there's a lot of area to cover. For a long time around here we were experiencing, like most of the country a huge housing boom also there was lot of gas boom going on, so most of the people here that were qualified left and went to North, to work on that kind of stuff. So if we needed something, the chances of finding anybody, was slim. But they always keep few people off to go and handle emergencies like that. They are quick and they can handle it."

Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. "Jim had to put in a new copper run from the existing water line through the house, just above the foundation, and outside to where the new sprinkler system manifold would be located.  He installed a vacuum valve to prevent backflow from the sprinkler system into the water line, per city ordinance.  <br /> He was able to run the line through the wall of the house instead of the cement foundation.  This was a cost savings on labor.  It took him about 4 hours of actual on-site work to complete the install.  He worked on a couple of very hot (90 plus degrees) days. <br />"
