"Fantastic, I am very happy. I have to admit that never having done this before, I was extremely concerned about the chemicals being used and probably worried about it more than I needed to. Steve was excellent about all my questions more than once, and the guys who came out were very helpful, too, wanting to do whatever they could to address my concerns so I was feeling better about the whole thing. I will tell you up front that if you have streaks, do use this service. It looks like I re-roofed my house!!! I cannot believe the difference. I had a great roof that had many years to go on it, but it looked terrible and affected the overall appearance of my home tremendously. Now everything looks incredibly clean and maintained because the roof is clean. About the chemicals, all we did was to hose down the areas where the downspouts were. I even had a beautiful, prized hydrangea bush that I was pretty convinced would be affected, but it turned out it was totally fine. And it was right at the bottom of a downspout. The one downspout that I forgot to pay attention to and hose down (which the guys do help with hosing things down, but I wanted to do extra) ... did have some grass that was affected. But it was only a small amount and even though I was super concerned about the effect it would have on my landscaping, it was nothing like I thought and 100% totally worth it for the outcome. I will work with Steve again in years to come when my roof develops issues again, and I am fully confident he will be in business because it's a great service and he knows how to meet his customers needs and concerns. Truly fabulously happy with this service and so glad I called him. I hated looking at the roof every time I viewed my house from the street ... but now I take my time pulling out of the drive just so I can look at how clean and amazingly new it looks. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Worth every single penny!!!"

"Estimator showed up on time for both jobs and provided good detail on what needed to be done and what to expect. Estimator provided good input on the materials to be used and whether or not we should consider any upgrades on materials. Written estimates were received same day or next day. Office employees provided good information on scheduling, what to expect and when we should expect to see materials & crews arrive. Materials & dumpster showed up on time and were placed as requested. Roofing crews showed up on time with the materials needed. The work was done quickly on both houses....well within the time frame provided. Clean-up on the job site was excellent during and after completion of the job. Crews were friendly and answered questions and concerns as the job progressed. There was one detail item with the finishing work on the 2nd house that was missed by the sub-contractor initially, BUT, when I contacted the company and asked for it to be rectified, the issue was rectified quickly with no problems. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them as a great company to be used by others! Overall a very good experience! And better yet, after an incredibly heavy recent rain in the vicinity with strong wind, everything is watertight, sealed and behaving as expected. The information I've provided on cost was for first house full roof replacement only."

"Noticing a leak in our home after a substantial spring rain, I called Sherriff/Goslin to come out and inspect my roof and offer a solution. They came out in a couple of days and gave me a bid of $2500 to reroof a flat section of roof and repair all of the valleys on the rest of the roof. They came out in a couple of weeks and completed the reroof and repair in about a half day. Everything has been great since; no leaks and the repair looks great. "I purchased a metal roof. The installers removed all the old asphalt shingles, put down a new roof deck, covered the new roof deck with asphalt, and installed the steel roof on top of that. The roof looks even better than I thought it would. It almost has the appearance of slate or tile because of the texture. I did not purchase the premium roof package, and am pleased with the look. Six crew members arrived and worked hard for 3 full days, with only a short break for lunch. They were polite, professional, thoroughly cleaned up each day before leaving, and returned promptly the next morning to finish up the work. The double lifetime warranty against leaks takes all worries away after purchasing a 1950's home. The roof was expensive, but with energy savings, homeowner's insurance savings, and increased resale value for my home, it will be worth the expense. The chimney flashing that came with the new roof is 10 times better than the flashing and tar that was there before. Financing was quick and easy and pre-job and after-job communication has been very good. By the way, I had AWS entry doors installed on this old house and there were no drafts at all. My house was warm and draft free all winter."
