"It required special measurements and work. The new bulkhead is metal and that had to be made to order which took sometime. Just about the day they were going to make the initial part of the installation, we had a storm of hurricane force that stopped all work. They were able to get back the following Monday to pour fresh concrete for the structure. Then they had to come back another day to install the metal bulkhead. It all appears to be well. They told me what kind of special paint to put on the metal and I did that a couple of days later."

"Exact exteriors did an amazing job. It took a little bit to get the windows from the manufacturer but once the materials were here the job was completed fast. The workmanship was very high quality. I was comfortable with all the workmen who installed new window new siding, new gutters and did a little bit of exterior painting. The house was very tired looking and now looks amazing.
