His estimate did not include taking out dirt found when he removed the driveway and found it was only 3 inches thick, not 4, or for wire reinforcement under the drive, which we wanted, and he added. Other small finds of this type changed the final price upward by about 10%. But we are delighted with the quality of the work done, on the concrete and on the walls. Could not be happier with the work. He is somewhat of a perfectionist. He does seem to over schedule himself or be overly optimistic about the time he will show up. That said, he finished a triple wide driveway, plus the neighbor's, and did wall work on 3 sides of our house in about a week."

"Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

"I only ever write reviews for businesses that I truly believe to represent among the best in Albuquerque, and like to educate people on often overlooked factors that can be very challenging to find out about a company online or in person. Abraham came out to Tijeras and quoted me for a large custom redwood fence. He came out with a smile on his face, prepared my quote, and we communicated through text messaging, nice and convenient. Nothing special here, basically the positive experience you would expect at the beginning of a project. He did know to use pressure treated redwood that is necessary for good, long lasting weathering. There are many cheaper woods that weather horribly that could get snuck onto projects to cheapen quotes, so watch out there from others and find out upfront. I received a middle of the road estimate and that was in line with my expectations. I have found that surprisingly low quotes come with inexperience, cut corners, and poor work. Too high quotes come with the exact same results, because you're paying a middle man that sub-contracts the work to the aforementioned people and oversees construction long enough to collect the payment on the first day and last day of the project, basically 30 minutes. The day construction started an older gentleman came out with several other guys, admittedly this put me on guard for several days, even though Abraham said it was his dad, who owns the business. I now legitimately believe it was, so we will refer to him as Father Abraham to put that annoying song in your head. Me and father Abraham walked through the project and discussed limitations and difficulties that I also anticipated, so it was a relief knowing he had a plan and knew what he was doing. Day 2 was when these guys really started to stand out. I didn't have to remain at the project site to micro-manage and oversee the project at any point in the couple of weeks it took to complete. Father Abraham knew exactly what to do and did it perfectly. The pictures speak to that. I almost always have to micro-manage stupidity in projects and hate it. Somehow Father Abraham was always smiling and happy during construction, which was a bit odd, since construction is exhausting. I usually only experience this when I am speaking to someone who only knows spanish and has no idea what I'm saying. I am guessing his smiling was from genuinely wanting to be a positive reflection of his business, but maybe he loves manual labor as well. We had one project addition of adding some gates on. It put about a 3 week gap in the project since they had to get to other pre-scheduled jobs. Making the custom light weight gates was a multi-day job, but they squeezed the work in on the weekend which is nice since my wife was becoming antsy being able to move in after 6 months of pandemic delayed projects required to have our new home ready for us and our dogs. Fence, leach-field, new well, etc... All in all, they're work speaks for itself in the pictures, but I wanted to take the time to commend them on how they run their business and alleviate you from having to take on the headaches of other companies. We will be sure to recommend them to other people that come through our personal business, and friends. They will also remain at the top off our list for our own personal projects we have planned."

"Guillermo responded promptly to my query.  We discussed the project.  He was open to my suggestions.  The team arrived on schedule on four occasions to pour a base, build the block section,  set the top, and then place the oven.  The work team was very conscientious and considerate.

"I contacted the company and had a list of what needed to done. I knew the cost was $45 an hour, and I estimated the work could be finished in 1 or 2 hours at a maximum. The company sent two workers, instead of just one. I didn't expect at all. I didn't hear that I'd need two people, especially since I gave the list of what needed to be done. They was supposed to be here at 1pm, and the boss called to say they were running behind. He said they would arrive between 2-3pm. They called at 3:07pm to say they were lost, and and arrived at 3:20pm. When he presented the bill, they said that they arrived at 3pm, but they did not. They arrived at 3:20. After two hours, the men left, and claimed that all the work was done. All of the work on the list, including the pantry door, were supposedly fixed. Later that night, I went to slide the door and it didn't work. When they gave the receipt it said I owed $192.60. He said to me, it was $45 dollars an hour, but it was for two guys, for two hours each. This is very frustrating. When I called the owner, and explained the work, I didn't hear that he was going to send two people. He insisted that it had to be two guys, and they both have to paid equally. The job was done, but it was not done well. The pantry door still isn't sliding very well. Can't open it with out damaged the top of the door. i was trusting that it would be fine, but it's not. When you're working with a company or purchasing offers on Angie's List you need to know how many people are coming and what the price is per person. You want to be very clear with what your getting. For instance, I didn't hear that it was $45 per person, per hour. I didn't hear him when he said he would be sending two men."
