We are a diversified site work company with a strong emphasis on correctional work. This includes analysis and correction. Preliminary consultation regarding complex problems is offered as a separate service from construction work. We recommend a course of action to correct problem situations and we will bid for this work. If a contract is signed for the correctional work, all consulting fees are deducted from the construction contract.\n\nAll amounts are charged for work in advance to be paid preferably by check. Contracts less than $20,000.00 normally require a minimum of one third deposit deposit at contract signing with one phase payment during construction and a final payment upon completion. Contract amounts over $20,000.00 are paid in no more than four payments. At this time credit card payments are not accepted.\n\nWe employ a diverse group of trades persons in the many specialties that we employ. We also use several sub contractors for work that we do not do in house or to supplement our own in house crews.\n\nWe have been in business for 48 years and most of our business ( 85% + ) comes from past customers or their recommendations. Some of our employees have been with me for over 15 years. The core personal are required to have a very diverse background. Almost all can operate heavy machinery as well as finish concrete and instal brick as well as block in our walls, patios and other structures.

FAQs for concrete foundation repair projects in Albuquerque, NM

Visible cracks, water leaks, uneven floors, or walls that won’t line up are classic red flags. You might also notice sticking windows, doors that no longer latch, or exterior cracks crawling up brick or siding. Even a damp, musty basement can hint at trouble. If you spot any of these, call a foundation pro right away. Early inspections cost far less than waiting until the damage threatens your home’s stability.

Yes, foundation problems impact your home’s value. Buyers want proof that the foundation is stable, and a recent, professional repair can actually boost confidence in your home. You’ll need to disclose the work, but documentation showing the structure was properly stabilized, especially with piers in regions known for shifting soil, often reads as a plus, not a problem. Skipping repairs, on the other hand, can cut your sale price and shrink the pool of interested buyers. Taking care of the issue protects both value and peace of mind.

Foundations are engineered for exceptional longevity when constructed correctly and maintained diligently. Concrete slab foundations remain structurally sound for 200 years, while other foundation types deliver integrity between 75 and 100 years. Regular professional inspections and timely maintenance further secure a foundation’s lifespan and ensure your home stays safe over the long term.
