"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

"We had an awesome team come out to san Antonio and work on leveling our foundation. We had a few quotes, but their prices were by far the best. The office team were polite and easy to talk to. They got back to us immediately with questions we had. Raul and his team did an amazing job leveling our foundation (our doors work well, and my toddlers toys don't roll to one corner of the house anymore) . It was a 2 1/2 day job, which they worked very hard at, and were diligent in informing us the process as they went along. "I found a good sized crack in my floor when I pulled up the carpet for new flooring. I called Herculese Foundation out of Austin and made an appointment. They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. "This company is excellent in what they do. First they let you know exactly what time frame it will be done in and they were a day ahead of schedule. Secondly the price was honest and competative with a great warranty. Foundation work is messy and the had to dig in my flower beds and put everything back as they found it. Justin didnt try to sell me anything more than what was needed to correct the foundation. The bid for the job was what we owed at the end nothing added. Company has integrity and great customer service. The office personnel go above and beyond to help you. They even helped recommend a good plumbing service to fix the plumbing under the house. "These guys and their team are stellar. After contacting them, they immediately scheduled a date to assess the foundation - other companies sometimes took days to return a call or schedule. They did measurements both inside and outside the home, and most importantly, asked me where the problem areas were at, and listened to my concerns and any individual aspect I'd noticed about the home that might affect the work to be done. The work estimate was moderate and thoughtful - other companies that assessed our home seemed to propose an all or nothing route to fixing, but Two Brothers took their time and didn't propose for more work than necessary. When discussing payment, I was very impressed that their main concern was that they didn't consider the job finished until they'd met all agreed upon items, and that I was happy with the quality of the work. Their price was excellent as well, and this got them the job. Guillermo and his workers came and walked through what work was going to be done, and kept me informed of any changes, delays and progress. They worked very hard, and did a fantastic job at cleaning up and repairing any immediate (but expected) changes that occurred. Everyone was polite, focused, and I felt they treated my home as if they were working on their own. Foundation repair can cause a home owner all sorts of nightmares, but these guys come from a family history of doing foundation repairs in Texas (and everything that brings!) and their quality and expertise show.
