"Amy was very professional and easy to work with. She promptly scheduled a consult with Andy. He took a video of my roof to show me I had hail damage from a storm and thus why my ceiling was showing water damage. He gave me a very fair estimate. Andy came with roof samples and all licensing information the first day. The roof is beautiful. His crew did leave some nails and there were some minor repairs that needed to be done to the roof lining. Andy came and fixed everything. The gutters work perfectly and I'm so glad I don't hear rain dripping out or water overflowing over the tops anymore. I would recommend Mo Shingles for their prompt and professional business. Roof should last me a long time!"

They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful."

It would have been so much easier to have built the sloped one but esthetically the apex roof looks fantastic. He is capable to do just about anything, including building a hip on a metal roof."

"One of our better experiences with any contractor.  After a strong rain we found water coming in the garage under a glass block window.  Upon pulling off some of the dryall we found the entire structure holding up the glass blocks was rotted out.  C&L responded quickly to my phone call, gave us a good estimate and performed the work very professionally.  Their two employees--Ryan and Jeremy--kept the work area cleaned up as they went along.  They found a way to repair the rotted-out area without having to take down the entire glass block window, saving us almost $1000.  The drywall replacement and "mudding" was as good as any I've seen done. <br />"

Good quality work, knowledgeable about building trades and do what needs to be done. Plus, they will do any little extras that will make the end result really shine. "This is the second job completed by CRS and installation from Dave & Scotty. The window and door measurements were spot on, and the installation went great. Dave & Scotty always do a great job, they work well together and they kept me entertained with their banter. They will not leave or call a job complete until the customer is happy/satisfied and they are satisfied everything is completed and working properly. "Bob from Innovative was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire project cycle. The quality of the work, the diligence of the crew (especially on clean up afterwards), and their punctuality was much appreciated. Innovative did a full replacement on both our home and garage in just 2 days! All minor issues were resolved promptly (not contractor is perfect!) and all warranty documentation was delivered in a timely fashion. Only time will tell just how good a roof system it is (GAF) and how well it was installed, but based on my years of actual roofing experience as a licensed property manager and having worked for 2 different home builders, I would say this has been one of the best roofing experiences I have had in over 40 years in the business."
