He said it would put him about 30 minutes late for the appointment. I agreed and he showed up as promised. Very professional. He parked his truck in the drive and immediately started. He worked quickly and efficiently. Moved all but the heaviest of furniture and put the furniture on blocks so that he could get underneath. Excellent job. All stains (including pet stains) removed.
