"There were two area 3X5 area rugs, one very soiled with cat urine. The company did extra work to insure the ammonia odor was removed. As an amputee they provided help unloading and loading the carpet after cleaning. Overall, a good experience."

There were several significant stains that he removed that have not returned after several months. The dirt returned quickly to a small but high traffic area. "Did fantastic work. Cleaned carpet and had great equipment. Water was extracted so well that carpet barely felt wet when they were done. Also took very large hand made wool rug to their shop and cleaned it properly, explaining exactly what they were doing and let me know exactly what not to do to maintain it so it will last for generations to come.
