I gave him a call and he came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me a highly detailed estimate. We discussed the problematic areas and how he would approach the cleaning. While his estimate was higher than what I had received from a competitor who did a mediocre job, I am happy to report that his service was worth every dime. He spent a total of 8-10 hours on the job and our carpet literally looks brand new! I cannot recommend him highly enough. The old adage you get what you pay for is true.
