"Well we bought a new dishwasher & my assumption was that the price included installation, but I found out the hard way, on the day of the delivery that installation was not included & even if I pay the delivery guys the cost of installation, they are not authorized to install. I have to call Lowe's & schedule an installation appointment. They were at my house in 30 minutes &installed the dishwasher. After the installation the lead technician noticed that the dishwasher was making unusually loud noise during filling of water. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. "Emailed one of the owners after hours on a Saturday and he was able to troubleshoot a problem over the phone without having to dispatch a technician.  Turns out the ez-trap on the drain tube had tripped blanking the thermostat screen.  Unit cooling once more and no charge for the consult ;)  This same business installed the new HVAC unit last year and had the best price going at the time.  I can't complain -- good price, good installation, and now good support when I needed it most."
