"We contacted Northern Virginia Landscaping shortly after my family moved into our new home in Alexandria. We wanted to be able to use the outdoor space for our kids to run around, but there was a big problem, there was eroding retaining walls, re-bar sticking up from cinder blocks, old bricks, and the land sloped a significant amount to limit functionality of a play area. We did not know much about retaining walls or how we could possible build the space for what we would like to do, with also keeping in mind some possibilities for expansion in the future.
