"My wife and I have used Two By Four quite a few times so far. They installed laminate flooring replacing some of the subfloor at the time and while the subfloor was up added ceiling lights to the room below. We had them come back and add ceiling lights, fan boxes, and smoke detectors to 4 bedrooms. They have also done plumbing work in the guest bathroom and the kitchen. They installed a mail box that required a concrete pad and added stonework around it for finish. Finally they replaced some siding and attic vents that were damaged by hail. Every job has gone smoothly, they arrive when expected are friendly and clean while on the job site. We never had any cause to be upset. They have been able to do some jobs like the kitchen sink leak on very short notice. Overall very happy with Gary, Jr, and the entire crew."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"The All Renovations team, led by Tony, did a fantastic job. The first two days had 4 people working to dismantle my bathroom, and then for the days of cutting tile, had 2 people at all times. They worked quickly, and hard, from 9am till sometimes 7pm. Master bath was done in 9 working days. This company handles labor and construction materials, while the client handle purchasing of most renovation materials like the tile, vanity, fixtures, tub, and toilet. For those who want to have direct control over the materials, and the cost, this is the way to go. I was onsite each day, and would give some direction (which they always closely followed) like how I wanted the tiles, which grout goes with which tiles, and that I wanted an additional light switch because I added a chandelier to the room. I've already decided to have the team back to construct a half bath."

"Click did a great job updating our kitchen and sunroom. Both rooms were last renovated in the 1970's and definitely needed some attention. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."

"Devin Nasvaderani of Marvel Homes rebuilt my small bathroom
from subfloor to ceiling.  Water had
leaked down through the subfloor into the dining room downstairs, so the entire
bathroom had to be rebuilt.  I took
several months to talk to a number of contractors, and I am very glad I got
Devin.  Devin listened carefully to what
I wanted, making suggestions as requested but never trying to ?upsell? me.  As an old budget officer, I was determined to
make sure there were no surprises at the end, but not only was the work
completed on time and on budget, but the extra items I ended up asking for were
delivered at less than I had expected, and were done with the same excellent
quality as the scope work.  In some
cases, Devin advised me strongly that some work the other contractors said
would ?probably? be needed, was not needed.  His ?allowances? for tile and plumbing were
the only realistic such estimates I got from any contractor, and he passed on
his contractor discount to me at the tile and plumbing shops, allowing me to
build a very nice, quality bathroom at less than the originally estimated price
point.
The work quality was excellent, and his crew were
professional, polite, clean and non disruptive. 
He managed to gain me several more inches inside the shower, put
insulation against the outside wall that the original home builder had not
bothered with, and generally fixed up all the weak points of the original
bathroom.  The bathroom, although small,
is the ?master bathroom? so the crew had to go through my bedroom to access it.  Each morning, they covered everything in my
room with plastic, put tarps from the front door to the bathroom, and every
evening removed everything and vacuumed, leaving my room absolutely clean each
night.  They were even fairly quiet,
considering the nature of the work. (the hammering etc sounded ?precise? and
methodical to my untrained ear, never just banging away.)  So, my highest recommendations for this work.

A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. "Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we donâ  t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness.
