He totally remodeled a high dollar condominium that I was selling and did an amazing job which allowed the client to make top dollar. He also has done numerous small jobs at several other of my properties. In addition to doing great work at a very reasonable price, several of my female tenants have asked me to make sure Michael did the work because they told me he is very nice and is a handsome man whom they enjoyed looking at. "They installed beadboard on the walls of kitchen and dinette, reframed the windows, painted all the cabinets, walls, and trim. They subcontracted a plumber to install sink, countertops, light fixtures. They put up a beautiful backsplash all around my large kitchen. He put tile down on the floor around where my toilet was reset. He fixed my door that wouldn't close, He repaired a large crack in my bedroom wall, re-textured and painted it. You couldn't even tell where it was when he was through. They worked hard on an old shed by reroofing it. They put up new siding and built an extension to the overhang in my cattle pen for the cows to use. They cleaned out the shed and hauled all the trash off. They also cleaned out a tractor shed and hauled off all the trash. I cannot think of two other people who work as hard as they do. They are kind and considerate and care about their customers. I appreciate that their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them."

"Tri-County did a great job fixing sheet rock which had been cut out for plumbing and electrical work. Before the repairs, the wall looked like a jigsaw puzzle with substantial, uneven pieces missing. The workman from Tri-County cut and placed new sheet rock to fill the gaps, finishing with paint which perfectly matched the rest of the wall. There were no visible seams or other trace of just how torn up the wall had been before the repairs. Many thanks!!!"
