"Could not fix the door, it seems to warped"

"Chris did a great job for us. Prompt, courteous & professional in every way. Couldn’t ask for anything more."

"The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"Monty was great. He came right out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived as promised to perform the work. The repaired section looks great! It’s difficult to tell where or if a repair was done. We will definitely call him for any masonry repair work we need done."

"Patrick and his team did a great job on our roof. He was very flexible with schedules, quick with getting us an estimate, and very understanding when it came to payments from our insurance. I highly recommend them for any work you need on your home. Give em a call!"

"This was a worry-free, done-right experience. Extensive work done on lake home, including railings for dock walkway, moving an iron gate and replacing with an automatic-opening one, a gate for the deck fencing, railing for the house walkway. Upon completion, there was nothing that needed correction. He also installed a Sunsetter retractable awning for us which was a good savings since we purchased it from Costco. It looks and works great! Frank is punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is easy to work with, and very nice. We would not hesitate to hire his services again"
