"Unfortunately, we did hire this painter to paint the interior of our new home. At this time, we feel cheated and must spend more money to hire a painter to redo and complete the job Francisco we hired to do. After interviewing several painters, Francisco received the job because of the HomeAdvisor reviews and because he indicated that he really needed the work. My husband and I decided to give him the job believing he would complete the job within a week and do a great job. We set the price and Francisco agreed to it. Because Francisco started the job with a sense of excellence, we decided to up the price of the job to Francisco's original asking price. We wanted to be sure to pay him for the excellent work he was doing. While supervised, Francisco did an excellent job in painting the rooms upstairs. However, my husband and I had to return to the east coast to pack our house there and prepare for the big move. Since our Hoover home was vacant, and the job was taking longer than a week, we allowed Francisco to enter our home to continue painting during our absence. While we were away, he called to notify us that he had completed the job. Unfortunately, upon our return, we found that the job had not been completed and rooms on the first floor was painted sloppily, trim and molding had not been done at all, and that the wrong paint had been used. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Our furniture was scheduled for delivery and, after two weeks, the painting was not completed. When Francisco returned to collect the balance we showed him all of the areas that were not painted and the other mistakes. He apologized and agree to come back to finish the job. Upon returning, he once again began painting with the wrong paint. Unfortunately, we had to let him go. We wasted thousands of dollars on job that has to be completely redone. After two weeks, the paint is chipping as no primer was used at all. I believe we were deceived in the quality of paint used and in his overall abilities. I cannot recommend this painter. Leslie G"
