During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have Elliot personally oversee the project. He is a ‘hands-on” owner working side-by-side with his craftsmen who were also courteous, caring, and hardworking.
