"What a great company! We had over 300 feet of treated wood fencing we wanted done - about 100 of privacy and 200 of open slats. We got 4 estimates and I have to say that AAF came out in a timely manner - I didn't have to wait days. I think they came out the next day. Nino (owner) was fast and "no frills" which I love. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy and didn't come across as superior to other companies. His price was good. But the main reason we chose him is there was no wait. He was willing to come out the next week plus we saved some money. Also his installers are real fence installers - not just people who are picked up for a job. Once our K was signed, Miss Utility came out and in a couple more days the lumber was delivered and in a couple hours the fence installers showed up and went to work. They were so fast - first they had to remove our old chain link and then they laid the posts. The next day they put up the rest of the fence. There were only 3 men and they worked efficiently and professionally. The fence is beautiful - so straight and perfect. We were so impressed with the workmanship and quality. And they cleaned everything up. They were great people to work with. We live in Burke. If anyone wants to come look at our fence, you are welcome to pm me and I will give you our address. We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. "We needed a fence installed fast – like, quote-one-day-start-the-next fast. Sokay & Sons made it happen without cutting a single corner. We have a disabled child who is an elopement risk, so this wasn’t just a home improvement project – it was a safety priority. I wanted vinyl because she can’t climb it and it’s low maintenance. The vinyl gates were backordered, but we had a birthday party coming up and needed the yard secured. I asked if they could build wooden gates on each side that looked intentional rather than like a workaround. They did it perfectly. You’d never know it wasn’t part of the original design. What stood out most was how much they actually cared. They brought up safety multiple times (gate placement, latch height, how everything would function for our specific situation.) That meant more than I can express. When the placement needed to shift, they stopped and checked with me instead of just making the call themselves. They kept me updated the whole way through."
