They kept me informed of the work progress and sent me pictures where trash debris was larger than originally surveyed. "I had a two bedroom two bath apartment in Pentagon City, VA. The moved started at 9am on a Monday. I reserved the elevator for 4 hours. I requested three movers and I believe it would take no longer than five hours total. However, it took the movers 7 hours to load the truck. Then another 5 hours to unload the truck. So my five hour quote ballooned to $2,400 to move 2 miles away. I learned to never accept a hourly rate and only do flat rates. Also, I would never do business with this company. They even damaged the wall in my new place. The manager that came to help unload because of the time said he would repair the damage with no cost to me. Laughable. After he finished, I had to get a professional to fix it because it was a hatchet job."
